ReJoyce Catering emerged in Leeds under the visionary guidance of its founder, Joyce, whose culinary expertise spans over three decades in both corporate and private catering spheres. Embarking on her journey from modest origins, Joyce honed her innate talents through formal culinary education, acquiring qualifications in professional cookery and patisserie, and confectionery. Notably, Joyce was handpicked for a transformative three-week experience, refining her craft alongside Michelin-starred chefs in Saint-Chely-d’Apcher, France.

 

Established in 2013, ReJoyce Catering embodies Joyce’s steadfast mission: to foster unity through delectable cuisine crafted with care and delivered with unparalleled service. Drawing upon her rich heritage and extensive experience, Joyce infuses a unique flair into the beloved traditional Caribbean dishes cherished by our clientele.
